The AIIA can be contacted for a list of approved member agencies.
* Agencies which are AIIA members are obliged to display the association logo on their website
* The logo will be displayed on all literature which is sent out to the general public
* The agency is obliged to provide the Code of Practice to all new members
* If the Code of Practice is not provided to new members it MUST be available to VIEW on their website
* Any problems experienced with an AIIA member agency must first be addressed with the agency in question
* If the problem should remain unresolved after taking these steps, please contact the AIIA explaining the problem.
